How it all began. After deciding to relocate to Costa Rica Dr. Howenstine became curious about what natural substances could accomplish for health. Subscriptions were started with 10 natural health journals monthly all authored by physicians. Anything that was felt to be of interest to the public or that the public needed to be informed about was preserved and ultimately became the material found in this book.
